Inner Strength Barre
Inner Strength Barre is for everyone no matter age, gender or fitness background you do not need to be a dancer to participate in this class. In fact, I don’t have a dancer’s background I just have a great passion for this exercise regime and once I trained in Barre I was completely hooked, and I’m sure you will be too. So don’t worry if you don’t know your “plié” from your “demi-point” you will in no time at all.
Inner Strength Barre is a 55 minute class set to upbeat motivating high-energy music incorporating Ballet style exercises and Pilates fundamentals with easy to follow moves including athletic training for strength, endurance and flexibility whilst continually working and strengthening the core. It will tone your thighs, sculpt your arms and flatten your abdominals. No experience required.
Inner Strength Centergy
Centergy is an athletic mind-body program including fundamentals from yoga and Pilates set to emotive music. Centergy is your answer to offering a mind-body program to appeal to the masses. Classes start with a general warm-up, followed by tracks with specific training objectives. The class ends with a well-earned rest period, leaving you centered, rejuvenated, and ready to face the world!
Centergy is truly for everyone, removing barriers of age, gender and fitness background. The nature of the program makes it easy for everyone to achieve success, master techniques over time and return for more.

Inner Strength Pilates is for everyone no matter age, gender or fitness background. The nature of the class makes it easy for everyone to achieve success. If you are already regular to Pilates or a complete beginner or have specific individual goals we can meet your needs.
Inner Strength Pilates is a 55 minute mat work class set to calm, relaxing music with a mind/body approach whilst working at your own pace. Pilates aims to improves posture, can reduce back pain, tone abdominals, increase flexibility, strengthen your core and allow you to walk tall and improve your general fitness and wellbeing.
